No longer do you have to spend a fortune on a petrol RC Chopper that your too afraid to fly incase you crash it, there is now a huge range of affordable and easy to control models available. Below are our top picks.

Walkera 5-6 Genius Chopper

The Walkera is our favourite RC Helicopter, it features four channel movement which means its the most advanced of the models here and is capable of moving forward, backward, left, right, counter-rotating and contra-rotating. This means it requires a bit more skill to control than the others, but once mastered this Chopper is the ultimate Micro RC Helicopter.

Picoo Z Micro Helicopter

The tiny Picoo Z is the baby of the RC copters with a range of up to 30ft and 10 minutes flight time after a half hour charge.
If its value for money your after then the Picoo Z is the number one choice, and is available in 3 different colours, Red, Yellow and Blue, each colour works on a different frequency, so you can use up to 3 of these in the same area.

Micro Mosquito Helicopter

If your after the smallest, lightest, quietest, fully-functional RC helicopter then this is the one for you. The Micro Mosquito is fast and manoeuverable, weighing just 15g and measuring 16cm in length. The charge on the Micro Mosquito Helicopter doesn't last quite as long as the Picoo Z, but it more than makes up for that with its flying ability.

Picoo Z Sky Challenger Battle Pack

The Picoo Z Battle Pack takes 2 of the incredible Picoo Z Helicopters and adds laser beams so you can challenge your friends and take them down in battle. When one of the choppers gets hit it temporarily disables it so you can send your friends crashing off, but don't worry about damaging the Picoo Z, its incredible sturdy and is more than up to the battles.

Storm Launcher

Storm Launcher is not an RC Helicopter, it is infact an RC Boat/Car/Plane all in one, it will fly along any surface, including water, and once you've finished thrashing it around on the ground, just pull back on the control stick and watch the storm launcher fly. OK, so it doesn't handle like the helicopters do, but it is certainly an amazing RC machine.

Black Ghost Helicopter

If its a stealth chopper your after then look no further as this is the one for you. The Black Ghost helicopter features the same stability system employed in the BladeRunner series of choppers, giving the Black Ghost precise hover control and super stable flight.

Palm Z Micro Plane

The PalmZ micro plane is the plane version of the PicooZ Helicopter, its also available in 3 colours/frequencies and is very easy to fly. The PalmZ may be at the bottom of our list, but its still a great model to fly, its just we prefer the flying characteristics of the helicopters.
